Subscription Agreement

1. Subscription Plans

Finger Chooser offers both Free and Pro subscription plans. The Pro plan provides additional features and enhanced capabilities beyond the Free plan. Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

2. Billing and Payment

By subscribing to Finger Chooser, you agree to provide accurate billing information. You authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

• • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• • You may update your payment method at any time through your account settings.
• • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds will not be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, please go to your account settings or contact our support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

5. User Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to:

6. Free Trial

Finger Chooser may offer free trial periods for the Pro plan. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify subscribers of any material changes via email or through the service.
